ALTERNANCE - Digital Workplace Operational Security Officer (F/H)

• Perform inline security validations prior to implementation (network flow opening in firewall, security exceptions on proxies, user & admin rights management, etc.) within SLAs and according to Group security rules.
• Escalate requests that do not comply with Saint-Gobain’s security policies.
• Route expertise requests to the appropriate expert team and ensure proper handling.

2 - Execute GDI Operational Security controls & support security remediation plans for Digital Workplace

• Perform periodic controls for Digital Workplace services managed by the Group Digital & IT teams.
• Conduct standard Security Acceptance Testing in Projects for Digital Workplace scope.
• Consolidate and coordinate operational security remediation plans for Digital Workplace.
• Follow up on remediation actions and provide support for their implementation.

3 - Handle GDI cybersecurity incidents & coordinate remediation

• Manage incidents reported by CyberSOC and define post-mortem action plans when necessary.
• Coordinate incident remediations and support crisis management efforts.

4 - Report & improve operational security activities

• Develop and implement reporting (KPIs & KRIs) for security officers.
• Formalize, improve, and automate security operations and procedures where possible.

5 - Support the team in all activities

Is this job for you?

• Experience with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys).
• Experience with security processes (IAM, vulnerability management, exception handling, flow opening, etc.).
• Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies (EBIOS, ISO 27005, etc.) and security in projects.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, etc.).
• Security certifications are a plus.
• Open-mindedness.
• Teamwork and autonomy.
• Curiosity and audacity.
