Description du poste
As a Digital Learning Designer, you will have a chance to work on a global level with a diverse team of around ten L&D specialists.

Within this position, you will:

1. Build high quality and creative digital learning content including e-learning courses and templates, video content and animations, knowledge assessments, intranet resources and other support materials.
2. Create graphic designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
3. Write and edit copy for use in audio and video scripts, storyboards, user guides, and a variety of other materials.
4. Work with Subject Matter Experts to define and agree learning outcomes, content requirements and appropriate delivery mechanism.
5. Scorm file testing and error resolution of digital resources pre-launch to ensure successful delivery and learner experience.
6. Align learning design with a strategic employee experience.
7. Participate in review and selection of instructional tools used by the team.

Qualifications

• Master's student in digital communication, digital marketing, media/web development, digital learning design, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience creating and developing media content with good levels of proficiency in the following:
  • Web content and interactive animation development.
  • Media development and video and/or audio editing skills.
  • Animation design utilizing Vyond (or similar tools).
  • Technical and non-technical illustration (artistic ability).
  • Layout and composition; ability to organize and layout content visually.
  • E-publishing, print coordination, presentation development.
  • Presentation and document development using MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Must be organized and like working independently and in team.
• Ability to comprehend/interpret technical and non-technical information and apply it to visual media and animations.
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
• English - B2 level.
• French - C1 level.
• Graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva or others).
• Video editing tools (Adobe Suite, Vyond, Pitchy or others).

Optional:

• Learning design tools experience (Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Captivate and others).
• Knowledge of at least one Learning Management System.
