Job Description

As a Digital Learning Designer, you will have the opportunity to work globally with a diverse team of around ten L&D specialists. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating high-quality digital learning content such as e-learning courses, templates, videos, animations, assessments, intranet resources, and support materials.
• Designing graphics, concepts, and layouts based on principles of aesthetic design.
• Writing and editing scripts for audio and video, storyboards, user guides, and other materials.
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to define learning outcomes and content requirements.
• Testing SCORM files and resolving errors to ensure successful delivery and learner experience.
• Aligning learning design with strategic employee experience initiatives.
• Participating in the review and selection of instructional tools.

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s student in digital communication, marketing, media/web development, digital learning design, or related fields.
• Experience in media content creation, web content, animations, video/audio editing, and design tools like Adobe Suite or Canva.
• Organized, independent, and team-oriented work style.
• Ability to interpret technical and non-technical information for visual media.
• Proficiency in English (B2) and French (C1).

Optional:

• Experience with learning design tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
