Alternance - Data Engineer (F/H)

Worldline, located in Seclin (Lille), is seeking a Data Engineer for an apprenticeship position. We help businesses of all sizes accelerate their growth securely and innovatively, leading in payment technology.

As part of the Digital Factory Data Management team, you'll develop dashboards and manage the decision-making chain for Worldline projects. Your role involves understanding client needs, evolving decision-making solutions, and maintaining them in production.

The Digital Factory Data Management is a comprehensive BI service center utilizing a high-performance shared platform, including ETL tools like Talend/DBT and visualization tools like Tableau. You will enhance your BI skills by participating in defining, building, and operating reporting solutions.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design decision-making solutions based on client needs
• Develop front and back-end components
• Deploy in production and ensure operational stability, including migration and maintenance

You will collaborate with technical teams using tools such as Talend/DBT, Tableau, Java, Shell, SQL, OPS, Docker, Gitlab, and potentially develop on GCP using Looker, BigQuery, DataFlow, etc.

Candidate Profile:

We seek passionate, proactive individuals eager to learn and lead positive change. Candidates should have a higher education in IT, specializing in Business Intelligence, with technical skills in ETL and reporting, and good communication abilities.

• Knowledge of decision-making methods and standards
• ETL: Talend/DBT
• Reporting: Tableau Software
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB
• Java skills are a plus

You should be reactive, rigorous, analytical, client-oriented, and possess good interpersonal skills.
