Job Description

• The apprentice will join the Finance Department, under the supervision of the Cost Control Manager, and work closely with the team and support functions.
• The main mission is to assist team members in managing the support teams' financial control at the group level (Finance, HR, General Management, Legal, Internal Audit, General Services, Security, Marketing, Sales).
• They may also assist the Cost Control teams with potential changes in tools and organizational structures.

Tasks

• Activity 1: Support the cost management team during monthly closings

• Perform and verify instructions with accounting
• Ensure intercompany billing is processed and validated with trading partners
• Continuously improve the closing process to enhance data reliability and efficiency

• Activity 2: Participate in operational decision-making

• Build reports considering the needs of internal clients to optimize monthly distribution
• Adapt local reporting to group presentation evolutions

• Activity 3: Contribute to group projects

• Assist with changes in tools or organizational structures to ensure financial data reliability

• Activity 4: Assist in budget and forecast development

• Challenge and verify data from various services

Must Have Skills

• Higher education in Business School or equivalent university with a specialization in management control
• Ideally, some experience in a similar role through internships or apprenticeships
• Excellent mastery of Excel or Google Drive (advanced functions, PivotTables, charts)
• Fluent in English, as daily communication with the manager and team will be exclusively in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Ability to analyze and synthesize large data flows, rigor, and prioritization skills
• Solution-oriented and problem-solving mindset
