L'Agence Française de Développement recherche un stagiaire pour rejoindre son équipe de communication. Le candidat participera à l'organisation d'événements, à la gestion de la communication digitale et à l'évaluation des performances des événements. Ce stage, idéal pour les étudiants en communication ou marketing, offre une opportunité unique de contribuer à des projets innovants et d'interagir avec divers professionnels dans un environnement dynamique et engagé.

Qualifications

  • Bac+3 à Bac+5 en communication, marketing, ou domaines similaires.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, orthographe impeccable.
  • Intérêt pour la transition écologique, le développement ou la recherche.

Responsabilités

  • Soutien à l'organisation d'événements incluant logistique et coordination.
  • Élaboration de supports de communication et gestion de contenu en ligne.
  • Suivi des indicateurs de performance des événements.

Description du poste

JOB TITLE

What will be your role?

Under the supervision of communication officers, the intern will participate in the following missions:

1. Support for event organization

  • Monitoring the event calendar (conferences, webinars, round tables, etc.)
  • Participation in logistics: invitations, registrations, service providers, venues, facilitation
  • Occasional support to the service provider manager (caterers, travel, etc.)
  • Coordination with speakers, partners, and technical service providers
  • Assistance in developing content (programs, presentation sheets, talking points)

2. Digital communication

  • Coverage of events, in collaboration with the Savoirs AFD community manager: gathering elements such as quotes, photos, etc.
  • Writing communication materials: invitations, social media posts, etc.
  • Monitoring and uploading replays and support documents on the AFD video library and website
  • Managing multilingual content online on the AFD website, in collaboration with research teams (creating and updating research project sheets, researcher profiles)
  • Supporting the restructuring of the La Ruche d’ECO community (following AFD intranet updates)

3. Monitoring and reporting

  • Tracking event performance indicators (audience, interactions, satisfaction)
  • Monitoring innovative event practices
  • Participating in event evaluation

Who are we looking for?

  • Student enrolled in Bac+3 to Bac+5 in communication, marketing, event management, or related fields
  • Excellent writing skills in French and English, impeccable spelling
  • Good command of office tools and social media (LinkedIn, X, etc.); knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Suite (especially InDesign) is a plus
  • Curiosity, organizational skills, rigor, responsiveness, interpersonal skills, and autonomy
  • Interest in topics related to ecological transition, development, or research is a plus

Which team will you join?

The Innovation, Strategy, and Research (ISR) department aims to strengthen its communication team by recruiting an intern in editorial and event communication. The ISR conducts studies, publications, seminars, and conferences, actively participating in international debates. It contributes to discussions on strategies and modalities of development aid and participates in major international debates, which are part of AFD’s activities. The intern will support the event communication officer in designing, organizing, logistics, and promoting events, in connection with research, innovation, and strategic projects of the organization. Additionally, they will provide occasional support to the editorial communication officer, especially in digital matters.
