Havas Paris, the integrated communication agency of Village Havas, is seeking an apprentice for its Production department.

Within the 360 production team and under the supervision of a project manager, you will support the agency's clients in their advertising communication strategies, both online and offline, through various tasks:

1. Serve as the daily interface with clients, internal teams, and external vendors

2. Participate in project management: brief taking, planning, budgeting, creative asset development, and production tracking

3. Deploy and produce deliverables across various platforms (web campaigns, websites, mobile, social media, OOH, DOOH, TV, etc.)

Profile sought:

Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program in digital communication, business with a digital/multimedia specialization, or related field, with an interest in 360 communication strategies.

Required qualities:

• Curious, creative, rigorous, and autonomous
• Knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Merlin, etc.)
• Proficient in office tools
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
