Our HR Operations Industry department is seeking its future apprentice!

Do you aspire to become a generalist HR (HR Manager, HR Officer)? Do you want a unique experience to develop your knowledge and skills in various HR activities?

Within our Human Resources Department for Industry, reporting to an experienced HR Manager, you will be part of a team of over 10 people. Your role will be to contribute to the effective implementation of HR policies within your scope.

You will serve as the point of contact for team requests and concerns, helping to resolve on-the-ground issues and maintain constructive relationships. You will also relay inquiries to appropriate contacts and strive to be responsive to support a positive social climate within the teams.

Joining Operations is about discovering your mission. Under the guidance of your mentor, your main responsibilities as a "HR Generalist" will include:

1. Recruitment and Integration
  • Participate actively in recruitment and onboarding processes for temporary workers, selecting candidates and conducting interviews. Follow their integration, conduct progress reviews, and contribute to decision-making.
  • Co-facilitate recruitment for apprenticeships and internships within your scope.
  • Participate in recruitment-related forums with teams.
2. HR Development
  • Contribute to internal mobility processes across different scopes. Tasks include identifying needs, drafting and updating job descriptions and postings, posting offers, and conducting interviews.
  • Potentially work on various HR development projects, such as preparing people reviews or structuring career paths.
3. Health & Safety
  • Collaborate with the Health and Safety department to promote a safe working environment. Participate in HSE projects and analyze or join work accident groups if necessary.
  • Assist in drafting and disseminating internal information, such as HR postings, general meeting updates, and managing specific topics (e.g., overtime).
4. Administrative Support
  • Manage employee documentation, including employment contracts, personnel files, and onboarding documents using our SaaS platform (PeopleDoc).
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires to help them understand their roles, responsibilities, and our company culture and values.
5. HR Metrics Monitoring
  • Collect and prepare data for HR indicator reports (e.g., absenteeism and related actions).

Candidate Profile:

  • Enrolled in a BAC+4/5 Human Resources program (business school, HR school, or university).
  • First HR experience, ideally in a demanding industrial environment.
  • Curious, proactive, sensitive to the field, and adaptable.
  • Recognized for versatility, communication skills, teamwork, and good writing abilities.
  • Rigor, organizational skills, analytical and synthesis skills are essential.
