MISSIONS:

• Contribute to projects of the HR Development Department regarding Employer Brand, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Engagement, and improvement of Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Management processes.
• Support the HR community in using tools, platforms, and recruitment partners.

More concretely, you will propose content, write and format it, participate in working groups, organize key events, and train colleagues in using the provided solutions.

We will also ensure your missions align with your learning and professional development goals, as we want you to obtain your diploma!

Experience / Qualifications:

You are pursuing a Master's in Human Resources, and any experience in a company, including internships and work-study, is a plus.

Skills & Knowledge:

The position is based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, our headquarters, easily accessible by public transport. You will join a 12 or 24-month apprenticeship contract.
