Job Description
Within this apprenticeship, you will:
- Collaborate with the Change Management team to understand the scope and objectives of upcoming changes within the organization, in line with our 2030 Ambition;
- Support change managers in the successful implementation of change dimensions: management communication, collective awareness & mobilization, collective & individual skills.
Your main activities will include:
- Update and maintain the Group’s change management methodology & toolbox (templates, surveys…)
- Implement a Change Factory supporting change managers in the implementation of change strategy (impact analysis, stakeholder mappings, communication plan…)
- Support communication & training efforts: contribute to design/delivery in collaboration with change managers
- Create actionable deliverables (communication kits, training contents, digital workshops) for change plans
- Responsible for delivering Change KPIs reports
- Animate the change champions network and the Change Academy: Yammer community, change-related events (webinars, virtual coffees…)
- Manage change training administrative activities (invitations, satisfaction surveys…)
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in change management and contribute fresh insights to the team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Change Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
- Prior experience (through apprenticeship, internship, or school projects) in change management, project coordination, or related fields is a plus
- Fluent in English & French
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: collaboration, problem-solving, active listening, team spirit, empathy, networking
- Proactive and self-motivated, eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Proficient with digital tools: Microsoft Office Suite, video editing tools, Klaxoon or similar collaborative tools

Start date: Between June and October
