VOTRE MISSION

Role Summary

Reporting to the VP Group Commercial Performance, the Sales Data Analyst will be a member of the Commercial Performance team and will contribute to the following activities:

  • Consolidate & analyze commercial data to support EXCOM Business updates and Group Business Pipeline Review (BPR) preparation and management.
  • Support the definition & implementation of commercial performance KPIs & dashboards.
  • Assist the tool team in developing new features in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Support the team in updating and deploying the sales/win process.
Essential Responsibilities
  1. Business Pipeline Review (BPR) data preparations
  • Contribute to updating commercial information on actual results and active pipeline review for the Group Business Pipeline Review process.
  • Consolidate & analyze the pipeline twice a year.
  • Support to define & implement commercial performance KPIs & dashboards
    • Assist in implementing a commercial dashboard for management (POWER BI).
    • Support the sales team in developing relevant sales performance KPIs.
    • Perform and analyze post-mortem surveys on won & lost opportunities.
  • Support the tool team in developing new CRM features
    • Design, develop, and test Salesforce or equivalent reporting tools.
    • Ensure new CRM features meet field needs.
  • Support the update and deployment of the sales/win process
    • Contribute to updating, communicating, and deploying the process across BUs.
    VOTRE PROFIL
    Qualifications/Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or Economics; advanced degree preferred.
    • 0 to 1+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, data analysis, or process improvement.
    • Influencing skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
    • Culturally sensitive with international experience.
    • Strong analytical skills and a structured mindset.
    • Commitment to learning and integrity.
    Desired Characteristics
    • Fluent in English and French.
    • Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).
