Responsibilities of a Building Works Supervisor (Alternance)

1. Conduct site measurements and prepare cost estimates through quotes.
2. Prepare necessary documents for company consultations, including plans, sketches, measurements, and photographs.
3. Assist in preparing the sites to support the team.
4. Plan and generate intervention menus under the supervision of the tutor.
5. Distribute and schedule the various tasks assigned to the works supervisor.
6. Consider clients' expressed needs in planning and execution.
