Alternance - Assistant QA & Release (H/F)

Duration: 12 months starting September 2025.
Location: Pantin (93).

Context:

Within the Supply Chain Department of the Information Systems Department (DSI) Group, the cross-functional team manages support activities, production, and IT quality analysis in collaboration with the solution team. They deploy a handcrafted industrial model providing application solutions to support Hermès' rapid growth.

To strengthen the Release team, we are looking for an apprentice Assistant QA & Release to support our transformation challenges and assist our solution team.

Main Activities:

• Ensure the delivery of application functionalities.
• Develop and implement sustainable testing strategies and participate in their creation.
• Monitor performance through reporting tools like Power BI.
• Follow deployment and version upgrade projects.
• Identify and report risks and alerts related to production analysis.
• Maintain governance related to change tracking.

Desired Profile:

• Enrolled in Bac +4/5 in engineering school or university with a specialization in IT.
• Knowledge of software development.
• Curiosity, analytical mindset, and proactive approach.
• Interest in Supply Chain processes.
• Ability to understand and identify business needs.
