Alternance - Assistant Master Data & Innovation IT (H/F)

Duration: 24 to 36 months starting September.
Location: Pierre Bénite (69)

Context

Hermès Textile Holding (HTH) manages textile production units serving Hermès and external markets, from weaving to dispatch, fostering industrial and human synergies.
This textile sector comprises 8 companies mainly in the Rhône-Alpes region.
HTH has been undertaking a major transformation project for two years, focusing on changing the information system, including:

• Migration of ERP to Infor M3 Cloud and implementation of an APS;
• Major process evolution and organization around master data management;
• Implementation of a MES at the Final Inspection workshop;
• Complete overhaul of BI solutions based on management data.

Simultaneously, a technical platform change requires migrating data-based industrial solutions.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an Apprentice Data & BI Assistant to implement BI solutions in project mode within a BI team and manage existing evolutions.
Your tasks will include:

• Analyzing data management processes with Data Owners;
• Implementing workflows technically and supporting users;
• Participating in related projects on data, BI, and IT innovation.

Technical Environment

• ERP: M3 Cloud Edition + ION workflows
• BI: Talend, Snowflake, DBT, PowerBI

Desired Profile

• Higher education in MIAGE, engineering school with specialization in Data;
• Knowledge of workflow management tools;
• Proficiency in SQL;
• Familiarity with reporting and analysis tools;
• Rigorous, transparent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Team-oriented, autonomous, and comfortable with digital tools.
