Within the Retail Marketing division of Sephora Collection, your main missions include:

Operational Marketing

  • Support maximizing visibility for launches by creating activation launchbooks with all 360 teams.
  • Coordinate activities respecting timelines and validation processes to ensure project coherence.
  • Collaborate with specialized teams on activation levers such as digital, education, in-store, merchandising, CRM, etc., including constructing briefs and overseeing projects like store animations, merchandising, training assets, digital assets, social media, influencer partnerships, etc.

Category Management

  • Support pre-launch analysis by calculating business ambitions and estimating sell-out to define marketing strategies.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis and propose actions if necessary.
  • Track monthly sales of best-sellers worldwide and by market.
  • Perform Year-To-Date (YTD) analysis across categories.
  • Manage and follow up on the worldwide Assortment File.

Merchandising

  • Brief and develop seasonal merchandising signage, including labels and visuals.
  • Manage in-store photography for supports.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and field tours.

Events & Press Days

  • Assist in organizing HQ events for strategic project launches.
  • Coordinate press days, including validating visual texts, product ordering, setup, and attendance.

Sampling & GWP

  • Assist in developing sampling strategies for strategic projects, including translation, sample shooting, regional coordination, and benchmarking.
  • Develop the GWP catalog.
