Within the scope of the Global Tech team (IT & Digital @Sephora), we develop processes, tools, and organization within the Governance Enterprise Services team, focusing on Back Office tools (Finance, Supply Chain, Master Data, Offer, and HR). These tools facilitate collaboration between local, regional, and global teams, enabling project development such as opening new countries, warehouses, functionalities, operational management tools, forecasting, and budgeting.

After a project phase, we strengthen the team during the ramp-up of processes to reinforce new processes and governance at the global level, particularly on demand management, ensuring process adherence and benefits realization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring processes by communicating, training, supporting, and tracking stakeholders through indicators.
• Collaborating and communicating internationally, embracing cultural differences.
• Contributing to building a global team by gathering benefits from processes.
• Serving as the JIRA tool referent, managing 500 demands annually, ensuring data quality, providing training, and identifying improvement plans.
• Developing dashboards and executive communications to demonstrate process benefits.
