Qualifications

  • Étudiant(e) M1 ou M2 en communication, gestion ou administration des affaires.
  • Compétences en rédaction en français et en anglais.
  • Expérience avec des plateformes numériques et les applications de back-office.
  • Connaissances en montage vidéo appréciées.

Responsabilités

  • Chercher et rédiger des histoires d'entreprise et des personnes.
  • Produire des actifs innovants comme des vidéos courts.
  • Supporter l'organisation d'événements internes numériques et physiques.
  • Mesurer l'impact des communications à travers une analyse KPI.

You will work at the head office of the Sodexo group, located in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, accessible from Paris by RER C, Tram T2 from La Défense and Porte de Versailles or metro line 12.

CONTEXT

Part of the Group communications, the Employee Communications team aims to mobilize Sodexo employees worldwide on strategic business priorities to accelerate performance and strategy execution and maximize employee engagement by cultivating emotional buy-in to the company vision.

The apprentice's mission is to support the team in delivering the roadmap throughout different communication activities such as copywriting, web mastering, and event organization, delivering meaningful narrative to our employees, reporting Kpis

This apprenticeship will be highly valuable in terms of learning and experience, working within a fast- paced CAC Next 20 company, n°1 France-based private employer worldwide, at a time when preparing for the long-term future means integrating the world’s great transformations.

MISSIONS

What we expect from you

  • Seek and write business and people stories in collaboration with our regional entities, as well as support the promotion of our global internal communications campaigns through our various internal channels (intranet, emailing, internal social media,…)
  • Edit and produce innovative assets such as short videos / interviews supporting our global messages
  • Take part in specific communications projects such as CEO greetings, Review of the Year video, Top Management seminars and webinars…
  • Support their relay for the Global headquarter employees
  • Support the organization and logistics of internal events (digital and physical)
  • Lead the community management of the global Communications network and keep improving their user experience
  • Measure the impact of our communications and activation plans at global level through KPI analysis and reporting
  • Oversee translation of press articles and transcripts

PROFILE

  • M1 or M2 student studying Communications, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking skills
  • Comfortable with digital platforms and use of website’s back-office applications
  • Excellent copywriting skills in both French and English
  • Creative flair and innovation mindset to deliver engaging communications
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and agile mode
  • Able to work autonomously and demonstrate proactivity
  • Well organized and rigorous with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After effects) and Canva appreciated
