Alternance/Apprenticeship Digital Project Apprentice - Paris - September 2025

We are looking for a Digital Project Apprentice! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions
- The Digital Project Apprentice will play a key role in Global Digital Acceleration by providing strategic reporting, tracking deployment progress, managing staffing, and overseeing interdependencies across all projects within the portfolio, including KDPs and beyond. Key Digital Programs (KDPs) are AI projects developed as part of the group's digital strategy. The apprentice will collaborate with top management (Program Owners, AI Director, Deployment and PMO Director, Global Head of Business Innovation, etc.).
- Coordinate the preparation of the material for various steering committees.
- Help monitor the global roadmap, aligning all stakeholders on the key milestones for each KDP and each country.
- Define the staffing required to effectively execute the global roadmap, and launch the corresponding recruitments (external or internal).
- Support in defining how to measure the success of deployments of the KDPs (KPIs) by providing required analysis on KPIs (status, resources, ad-hoc analysis) as requested by KDPs top management.
- Be the co-owner of the full onboarding process for new resources and animate the freelance community.
- Assist in transversal initiatives, beyond the scope of the KDPs (Global transformation roadmap, external presentations, …).
Job Scope:
- Internal stakeholders: Chief Digital Officer, KDP owners, KDP Leads, AI Director, Global Transformation Leads, and all streams of the Digital Acceleration Office (PMO, external recruitment, business controlling & Deployment Managers).
- Job scope: 100% international.

You are enrolled in a Business School, Engineering School or university and are eligible for a one-year apprenticeship contract.
Hard skills:
- Design of presentations (mainly PowerPoint).
- Project Management.
- Basic understanding in Data, Change and Deployment skillsets.
- Fluency in both English and French.
Past experience:
- Experience in a consulting company is mandatory.
- Familiarity with FMCG industries.
- Experience in building and presenting key messages for senior stakeholders.
Soft skills:
- Strong rigor and precision.
- Excellent communication and animation skills.
- Proactivity, adaptability, and active listening.
- Customer oriented and team spirit.
- Excellent people skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning senior stakeholders.
- Ability and maturity/seniority to challenge project teams regarding issues, constraints, etc.
