Qualifications

• Connaissance des processus d'évaluation des fournisseurs.
• Connaissance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement des batteries est un plus.
• Familiarité avec le système de gestion de la diligence raisonnable de l'OCDE est un plus.

Responsabilités

• Concevoir l'évaluation de durabilité des fournisseurs.
• Développer des stratégies ESG pour chaque produit.
• S'assurer de l'alignement avec la vision de durabilité de l'ACC.

• Design the sustainability assessment of suppliers
• Establish objectives and processes to achieve desired results
• Identify potential improvement areas and implement changes to enhance supplier performance

Build

• Compare data from RFI / RFQ steps to identify gaps and ensure resolution aligned with ACC Sustainability vision
• Develop Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies for each commodity to meet ACC ESG goals
• Follow up with rated companies to clarify assessment issues
• Assist in implementing the Due Diligence Management System within ACC Supply Chain

Evaluate information from supplier assessments to:

• Identify process issues
• Improve systems, standards, instructions, procedures, and goals

Lead

• Lead supplier sustainability initiatives and promote sustainable business practices

Contribute

• Contribute to developing and improving assessment methodologies
• Challenge suppliers on Carbon Net Zero and ESG roadmap achievement & compliance

Share

• Share and promote supplier innovation related to ESG and CO2 advantages
• Enhance ACC brand image through ESG & CO2 initiatives
• Support the development of European EV battery production

Qualifications :

Skills requirements :

Knowledge / Know-how :

• Understanding of sustainability key processes and supplier assessments
• Knowledge of batteries supply chain is a plus
• Familiarity with OECD due diligence management system is a plus

Qualifications :

• Languages: English mandatory; French, German, Italian, Chinese are pluses
• Committed to advancing clean mobility and building a European automotive battery industry
• Ability to work independently, self-driven, with strong communication skills

Additional Skills :

• Experience with EV Battery Supplier Base and CSR drivers
• Knowledge of materials & components is a plus

We manufacture batteries at our Billy-Berclau Gigafactory, powering various electric vehicles such as Peugeot E-3008 and E-5008, Opel Grandland, and upcoming models like DS N°8, Citroën C5 Aircross, and Jeep Compass.
