Job environment

Line manager: Transportation Group Leader or Operations Manager

Responsibilities include managing import/export transit documentation (sea, air, road), ensuring service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Establish quotations
• Record customer orders
• Review contracts
• Negotiate and place orders with approved suppliers
• Organize transport and prepare customs paperwork
• Monitor service and communicate with customers
• Handle anomalies, damages, and disputes
• Invoice customers and approve supplier invoices
• Maintain customer relations and interface with commercial and accounting teams

Activities are adapted for employees on work-study placements to align with their training.
