Description du poste

About the role

- Support procurement and autonomous management of purchase files: referencing, launching calls for tenders based on needs (drafting consultation files, specifications, response grids, scoring grids), financial and contractual negotiation.

- Management of contract lifecycle (adding amendments, monitoring deadlines...)

- Evaluation of suppliers with our internal clients (service quality, price, responsiveness)

- Evaluation of Orange Cyberdefense with our main suppliers (internal processes, communication, payment delays)

- Support in sending and analyzing the RFI transmitted annually to all our Partners and Distributors

- Participation in identifying and implementing procurement process improvements to optimize the efficiency and responsiveness of the service.

Note: The list is not exhaustive. Tasks will be assigned based on your knowledge, autonomy, and progress.

About you

Required skills:

- Knowledge of procurement methodologies and all stages of the procurement process. Experience in procurement or within a large organization is a plus.

- Good command of standard office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and an interest in IT.

- Good understanding of how the company operates and communication norms/usages with business units.

- Proficiency in English.
