Description du poste

Purchasing categories: Services (Facility management, Consulting, Engineering Services, Outsourced Services, Finance & Legal, Communication & Marketing, Travel, etc.)

Support Services Buyers in managing their commodities purchasing processes.

Follow up on purchase requests, RFQs, and supplier panels: understand the purchasing needs of ACC departments, help them frame their needs, and lead the sourcing, purchasing, and contractualization processes.

Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and stakeholders: monitor purchase order reception, delivery, and payments in coordination with the ACC accounting department.

Assist in administering and developing internal purchasing tools (SRM, Catalogues, etc.).

Update the expenses map and support buyers with actions such as end-of-year discounts and research tax credits.

Conduct benchmarks and market watch analyses.

Contribute to the development of purchasing strategies for key categories.

Manage performance indicators.

Communicate internally about negotiated contracts.

Participate in and facilitate purchasing meetings and workshops with suppliers and stakeholders.

Skills requirements:

Knowledge / Know-how:

• Ability to negotiate with suppliers while maintaining a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and synthetic skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing tools and processes.
• Fluent in oral and written French & English.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Purchasing or equivalent from a business school.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable in cross-functional setups, good communication skills, autonomous, and ready to tackle challenges.
