Roles & Responsibilities of the ALM Product Owner:
In the frame of ALM project, the Product Owner is the functional referent of the project. The product owner oversees all functional implementations to answer Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) business needs.
The product owner contributes to the ALM project by ensuring the implementation and testing of the completeness of the ALM solution.
Work together with the Project Core team and works as the interface towards Information System & Technology (IS&T) regarding the needs of business.
Support to the Program/Projects where ALM is deployed.
Key accountabilities:
Challenge and validate any product solution changes to reach better QCD targets during QCD reviews
Drive standardisation
Put in place adequate governance to ensure the adherence to the product reference
Ensure robustness of the product project validation plan and associated results
Creating and maintaining product roadmap and backlog
Capture and analyse the ALM technical Requirements
Coordinate closely with verification and validation activities, support integration, tests, and validation phases.
Support Key User and End User Trainings
Capture Return of Experience and formalise feedback to Project team.
Organise Design Reviews with Project team
Ensure the coherence of all individual tools within the ALM solution
Ensure that architecture design fulfils the business needs
Be the front office of the Project for troubleshooting/root cause identification in all phases of the project
Mandatory Experience:
Senior knowledge of ALM
Knowledge about the Jazz Platform
Knowledge of configuration management, requirement management, verification, and validation processes
Experience in a role as owner
Architectural design of ALM
Experience from train transport sector
