Roles & Responsibilities

The Product Owner acts as the functional referent for ALM projects, ensuring the implementation and testing of comprehensive ALM solutions. Collaborate with the Project Core team and liaise with Information System & Technology (IS&T) to meet business needs. Support deployment in various programs and projects.

Key Accountabilities

• Challenge and validate product solution changes to improve QCD targets during reviews.
• Drive standardization and establish governance to ensure adherence to the product reference.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
• Capture and analyze technical requirements for ALM.
• Coordinate verification, validation, and integration activities.
• Support training for Key Users and End Users.
• Gather feedback and organize Design Reviews.
• Ensure coherence of all tools within the ALM solution and that architecture design meets business needs.
• Act as the front-line for troubleshooting and root cause analysis throughout project phases.

Mandatory Experience

• Senior knowledge of ALM and familiarity with the Jazz Platform.
• Understanding of configuration management, requirement management, verification, and validation processes.
• Experience as an owner in ALM projects.
• Background in architectural design of ALM systems.
• Experience in the train transport sector.

• Thoroughness, autonomy, and customer care orientation.
• Quick learner with the ability to master current and future ALM tools.
• Capability to manage tasks from start to finish, communicate clearly, and anticipate issues.
