We are currently looking to strengthen our team by recruiting an experienced mechanical assembly fitter/adjuster who can bring their skills and learn our specific craft: assembling parts by press fitting, adjusting & calibrating complex mechanical assemblies.

• Heavy mechanical work: assembly, adjustment
• Use of overhead cranes and forklifts
• Reading technical drawings
• Advanced mechanical knowledge
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems is a plus
• Conventional machining knowledge: turning, milling is a plus
• Welding skills: MIG, TIG are a plus

Job Description & Main Responsibilities

The fitter/adjuster is responsible for assembling machines and performing various machining, assembly, and adjustment tasks.

Reports to the workshop supervisor and has the following responsibilities:

1. Perform workshop tasks according to schedules, manufacturing orders, and plans
2. Plan tasks: weekly planning with the workshop supervisor
3. Monitor work progress and report technical issues
4. Organize and tidy their workstation
5. Contribute to workshop cleanliness, safety compliance, and general maintenance
6. Assist with deliveries and shipments (loading/unloading) of machines
7. Participate in after-sales service: on-site interventions in emergencies
8. Quality Control: verify machines conform to manufacturing orders before shipment

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:15 AM to 4:15 PM, and Friday, 7:15 AM to 11:15 AM. The position includes a fully employer-covered health insurance plan.
