Location: PARIS

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday, 4 on 4 off shift basis.

Pay Rate: £22.56 to £24.40 per hour.

Role Overview and Purpose

The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are always provided to the client and visitors. The role involves being the public face of the security team, acting professionally at all times. A proactive, can-do attitude is essential.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of the site, delivering first-class, guest-focused service.
• Work as a team to meet guest needs and support all departments.
• Perform regular patrols as per site instructions, remaining proactive.
• Assist visitors proactively and identify opportunities to help.
• Manage incidents according to site policies and procedures.
• Liaise with the control room, react to incidents, and support colleagues.
• Monitor human behavior, surveillance, and log incidents per company policies.
• Maintain vigilance, prevent unauthorized access, and report incidents.
• Follow radio procedures consistently.
• Collaborate with the Environmental Services team to deliver integrated service.
