Job Description

MISSIONS:
Manage all points of responsibility at the aircraft (program) level to ensure Safran Electrical and Power's commitments are met according to the defined scope, schedule milestones, and configuration.
Ensure the conformity of products (harnesses, supports, mechanical parts, etc.) as well as related documents and data.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Participate in handover (H/O) meetings with SEP and Airbus to transfer responsibility.
Share the status of the section, validate the H/O report.
Initiate actions to anticipate the Final Assembly Line (FAL) arrival: ensure consistency of work sequences with the work environment (EPI, used products, tooling), and anticipate logistics issues related to scope.
Secure actions to anticipate subsequent milestones.
Manage coordination and monitoring of inflow and follow-up on FAL in collaboration with logistics and aircraft coordinators or technicians.
Coordinate work sequences with technical support and ensure material completeness for milestone achievement.
Manage activities on FAL vs. planning milestones with aircraft coordinators or technicians and team leaders.
Escalate internal and external blockers, involving operational hierarchy if needed.
Coordinate aircraft priorities and intervention management.
Interface with the operational customer.
Perform handover to FAL with Airbus, share aircraft status based on D2/D3 reports, and prepare/validate aircraft passage.
Maintain responsibility for open points within the defined scope of the contract.
Conduct periodic review meetings with stakeholders to share completed tasks, hand over tasks to the client, and provide visibility on remaining work.

Job Requirements

GENERAL PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bac+2 or 3-8 years of experience in the industrial sector.
Knowledge of organizational processes, procedures, and key references of Safran Electrical & Power and Airbus.
Proficiency with presentation tools and databases such as CIRCE, Tandem, ACPNG, 3D Jump, or others.
Comfortable with management/reporting tools and office suite (Google Suite, MS Office).
