Located in Mirabel and reporting directly to the Head of A220 Quality Customer Services (ABQS), the “A220 ACJ and Material Quality Project Manager” plays a dual key role, ensuring on the one hand the compliance of the A220 Corporate Jet (ACJ) activities with TCCA regulation (Transports Canada Civil Aviation), and on the other hand ensuring the Quality interface with SATAIR for A220 spare parts in service.
In your duties, you will be called upon to:
Act as an interface with the multifunctional team in charge of the Corporate Jet A220 (ACJ) representing the Quality of AIRBUS Canada Limited Partnership (ACLP),
Act as an internal interface with Quality functions in Canada (Assembly, Delivery, Maintenance, Quality Assurance) and in Europe (CAMO), regarding the ACJ A220.
Support the different stakeholders of the ACJ Program and the A220 Customer Services (ABS) in the analysis of the different ACJ A220 manufacturing and delivery scenarios, by providing the necessary insight into the regulation in force, and the specificities of the POA, DAO, AMO and POC certificates held by ACLP.
Ensure ACLP Quality interface with SATAIR, for all operational and regulatory Quality issues related to spare parts for the A220 in service.
Ensure a good level of internal and external communication, by leading the following governance (non-exhaustive list):
Industrialization of the ACT (Auxiliary Center Tank) with our supplier (part 145 regulatory environment)
Industrialization of the first devices assembled in the manufacturing environment (CAR 561 regulatory environment)

Monthly review of Quality activities linked to SATAIR activities
Consolidate the Quality information necessary for the following governance:
Steering committee of the A220 ACJ with members of the ACLP executive committee
Monthly Review of Risks & Opportunities of the ACJ A220 program
At the request of the Persons Responsible for Quality of the ACLP POA, AMO and POC environments, participation in governance with the Canadian authorities (TCCA) to ensure the right level of transparency on ACJ A220 activities.
Resolution of Quality issues linked to the development of the A220 ACJ, and anticipation of actions to be launched at the Quality level to avoid any impact on the critical path of certification and delivery of the ACJ aircraft.
Throughout the project execution, make the link between the ACJ program and Operations to ensure a smooth transition between the various regulatory environments.
As ACLP Quality interface with SATAIR, ensure the consideration and resolution of all operational and regulatory Quality issues related to spare parts for the A220 in service.
Be responsible for the directive between SATAIR and ACLP defining the Quality procedures to be used by SATAIR for the A220 program to remain compliant with TCCA regulatory requirements, while offering agility in line with the operational needs of SATAIR.
In order to protect our customers, ensure consistency between the Quality procedures applied in the manufacturing environment and those applicable to SATAIR for the management of spare parts.

You demonstrate strong leadership skills, in line with the AIRBUS leadership model.
You have acquired solid aeronautical training (at least 10 years).
You have the ability to lead projects in a transformation environment with excellent communication skills
You know how to communicate at all levels of the organization and functions.
You have acquired knowledge of Canadian aeronautical regulations (CAR 561, CAR 571, CAR 573, CAR 601, CAR 604) and/or European (CAMO part, part 145, part 21)
You have acquired a good knowledge of the AIRBUS and AIRBUS Canada Quality system and associated procedural documents.
You are bilingual (French and English) written and spoken
You are competent in project management and change management
You are competent in continuous improvement
You are autonomous
You have a strong team spirit
You demonstrate innovation and vision
You know how to influence and mobilize others
You have experience in problem-solving methodology and tools
