Ce poste exige une connaissance des opérations aériennes et des compétences en communication, ainsi qu'une capacité à développer des processus efficaces tout en travaillant sous pression. Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Agir en tant que point de liaison entre les équipes des opérations de l'agent de manutention et les équipes de vente.
• Suivre et améliorer les processus de gestion des ULD.
• Gérer les différences de conformité et assurer des processus sécurisés.

Air freight - Cargo Operations Coordinator

Since 1978, our Group has been constantly growing and innovating to offer its customers increasingly efficient maritime, land, air, and logistics solutions. Driven by a strong desire to design ever more effective solutions to serve a world in motion, the Group launched CMA CGM AIR CARGO in 2021, thereby expanding its transport and logistics offering.

Already equipped with a fleet of 4 long-haul aircraft (1 A330F and 3 B777F), it will be further reinforced with eight Airbus A350Fs by 2027, making CMA CGM AIR CARGO the launch operator of this new aircraft . Moreover, thanks to support from a partner, AIR CARGO now operates on the transpacific route with two additional B777Fs, which we own.

CMA CGM AIR CARGO is looking for a Service Delivery & Sales Operations Officer.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Service Delivery and Sales Operations position is the link between the Sales organization and the Ground Handling partners of CMA CGM AIR CARGO, ensuring smooth and high-quality operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Liaison between hub Ground Handling Agent operations teams, CMA CGM AIR CARGO Sales Teams (own teams + GSSA), and Revenue Management team.

Support the European Sales Teams by providing the Operations / Acceptance team with the correct process or defining an ad hoc process.

Operationalization and follow-up of the ULD process worldwide.

Follow up on discrepancies and corrections on accepted cargo at the Hub.

Monitor the messaging flow as per the given process/architecture.

Point of contact for E-freight solutions.

Follow up on compliance discrepancies (sales teams and handling agents).

Ensure all relevant processes are applied properly. Initiate process improvements if relevant.

Ensure safe, secure, and compliant processes.

Performance and quality management monitoring (including using IQSMS).

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Knowledge of airport/air cargo operations, including applicable industry rules, regulations & practices, airside, and ground ops processes.

Commercial awareness and approach.

Strong communication skills (French and English, spoken and written).

Must be comfortable with processes and process design.

Ability to work under pressure.

Must be able to obtain all relevant permits to work airside.

CONTRACT:

Permanent contract.

Based in CDG (there may be some travel).
