Quibim has an opening for a new Sales Account Manager in France! If you are looking for an exciting journey where your previous experience and passion for precision medicine will have an impact on the market, this is your opportunity.

Our Sales Account Manager in France will lead our commercial operations in the region, attending the best medical conferences and growing Quibim's business from scratch with hospitals by generating new leads, owning and managing key accounts, and contributing to the go-to-market strategy of the company.

Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you'll be part of the global sales team. The position also requires in-depth, consistent cross-team collaborations within Quibim, including our Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams.

The challenge :

Lead and execute a successful business development and sales strategy for significant revenue growth and market share expansion in France, in close collaboration with the EU Business Development Director to drive commercial objectives.

Lead the business development activities for new imaging AI technologies with senior physicians at the best hospitals and imaging centers in France.

Serve as the first point of contact with new potential clients for novel imaging products and services.

Partner with the marketing team to build regional KOL advocacy and provide product feedback & competitive insights from the market.

Identify local channel partners and team up with the channel & partner manager to set up local partnership agreements.

Collaborate with local channel partners to drive funnel opportunities.

Work closely with the EU commercial and customer success team to drive regional success.

Liaise with customer success & professional services to ensure accounts are supported with best-in-class service.

Attend medical conferences in France and abroad, conducting new customer outreach to prominent radiologists and clinicians.

You will be our ideal candidate if you have :

At least 5 years of experience in commercial/solution sales to the medical field, with significant achievements and a relevant network in France.

Proven success in closing high-value contracts in the medical field.

Experience working with stakeholders, particularly in the context of new technologies.

Knowledge of the radiology and medical imaging market (experience in AI is a plus).

Excellent communication skills, including running effective sales meetings, preparing and delivering professional pitches, and complex negotiations.

Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Experience working in an international environment.

Availability to attend conferences and meetings in France and abroad regularly.

Integrity and passion for precision medicine, with a fascination for innovative research and AI, the future of clinical research, and medicine.

High adaptability to embrace the unknown and thrive in an environment where work requirements, constraints, and expectations are ever-evolving.
