Job Description

We are seeking a home aide (H/F) to support the maintenance of a home for an elderly, disabled, or ill person experiencing loss of autonomy, ensuring physical, moral, social, and health-related assistance.

You may also care for children from birth up to adolescence during parts of the day, depending on parents' professional or external commitments. You should be able to meet the child's needs based on their age.

The position requires responsibility for:

• Organizing routine, weekly, or in-depth maintenance tasks
• Specific techniques for cleaning kitchens or bathrooms
• Disinfection techniques
• Safety and posture practices
• Specialized cleaning (woodwork, silverware)
• Knowledge and adaptation of products to various surfaces
• Equipment maintenance and simple repairs
• Caring for pets and plants
• Enhancement and beautification tasks
• Adapting techniques and methods for children or dependent persons

Profile Required

Minimum experience: 2 years or diploma such as D.E.A.V.S, C.A.F.A.D., BEP in health and social fields, additional qualification in home assistance, BEPA, etc.
