Earnix is seeking a Solution Engineer / Professional Services Consultant in Paris to guide clients through platform deployment, including configuring AI agents and ensuring adoption. You will work with DevOps, R&D, and product teams to drive improvements and expand usage.

You will collaborate with customers to translate technical and business needs into deployable solutions, train users, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in consulting or customer-facing roles.
• Experience as a support engineer in a SaaS, B2B setting.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Fluency in English and French; strong communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Guide clients through platform deployment and AI applications.
• Configure platform to fit client needs and build AI apps.
• Train clients in deployment and manage change processes.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, product and engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and respond to tickets within Professional Services.
