We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is also an experienced hands-on developer, with deep, practical knowledge of GitHub Copilot and its real-world applications.

Key Qualifications

1. Plus 4 years of experience designing complex solutions across a wide variety of software systems.
2. Solid grasp of software architecture patterns and the SOLID principles.
3. Advanced expertise in leveraging GitHub Copilot to support development workflows.
4. Demonstrated, long-term use of Copilot, with a clear understanding of its strengths, limitations, and practical impact on productivity and code quality.
5. Ability to write guidelines on how to use Copilot effectively and provide relevant advice.
6. Fluent in English.
