Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert contractor to support AI training on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP integration globally. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, annotate data, and help improve model accuracy across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.

The role requires hands-on accounting experience, 3+ years, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in financial statements, month-end close, and reconciliations, plus

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting and FP&A.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience in AI training, data annotation, or rubric-based grading is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows and financial systems logic across ERP platforms.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
