micro1 is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP assessments. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, review month-end workpapers, and provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accuracy.

Qualified candidates will have hands-on accounting experience, proficiency with NetSuite/SAP/Oracle, and strong Excel skills. This remote, worldwide role offers flexible scheduling and contract-based engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Expertise with financial systems and ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong Excel skills, reconciliations, and month-end close.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and journal entries.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows across ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
