Job summary

Mirakl - Labs in Paris (16th arrondissement) invites an AI Research Intern for 2027. You will join our R&D team of 5 Research Engineers within a Data department of 70 people, pushing the boundaries of AI to power Mirakl's products.

You will conduct literature reviews on LLM routing, design a routing method to select language models, and evaluate it on real product data, measuring quality, cost, and latency, while collaborating with senior engineers and documenting results for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's-level coursework in statistics, machine learning, or related field.
• Strong interest in AI research and reading academic papers.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature review of LLM routing approaches.
• Design a routing method to select language models for tasks.
• Evaluate performance on real product data (quality, cost, latency).
• Collaborate with Research Engineers and Data Scientists to iterate ideas.
• Document findings and present results to stakeholders.
