Job summary

Ubisoft in Paris is seeking a Prompt Specialist to join a cross-disciplinary team exploring AI-driven game features. You will design prompts, test content across environments, and help define best practices for prompt engineering while partnering with QA and AI teams.

You should be fluent in English, with strong writing skills and experience in a tech company. French is a plus; you will collaborate with various stakeholders to turn user needs into clear specs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing prompts for various tasks across multiple providers (agents, function calling, reasoning strategies).
• Knowledge of GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, Qwen, SentenceBERT, Llama, Mistral and differences between models.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus; strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Participating in scoping and design of AI-driven game features.
• Ensuring technology is accessible to different departments.
• Testing prompt content for performance, latency, and cost; rewording where needed.
• Promoting best practices for prompt engineering across teams.
• Creating manual and automated test scenarios with QA and AI teams.
• Analyzing bugs related to prompt content and suggesting improvements.
• Testing new ML models and designing tools to support their use.
• Staying up to date on prompt engineering and AI research.
