Qualifications

• PM/PO or related product delivery experience.
• Experience owning product features or customer-facing software products.
• Experience with Engineering and cross-functional teams in agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize competing requirements.
• Experience delivering AI-powered products, incl. ML, Generative AI, or related tech.
• Experience with Agile ownership, backlog management, sprint planning, and product discovery.
• Understanding of AI/ML/LLMs and modern software development practices.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and UX to translate customer needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and prioritize requirements for AI-powered product capabilities and workflows.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to evaluate and operationalize AI/ML/Generative AI solutions.
• Manage product backlogs, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, ensure delivery aligns with objectives.
• Participate in discovery activities including customer interviews, prototype validation, experimentation, and solution evaluation.
• Establish and track success metrics to measure adoption, effectiveness, and customer value.
• Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of AI-driven capabilities with customer feedback.
