Voodoo, a global mobile games leader, is seeking a PM/Live Ops/Product Manager to join our Live Studios in Paris or Amsterdam. You will own Paper.io2’s growth, define progression, monetization, live events, and in‑game economies to maximize engagement and revenue.

You will identify opportunities to apply AI to improve player experience, collaborate with developers, artists, and analysts, and take full ownership of specifications, timelines, and outcomes to deliver high‑quality features on tight

Qualifications

PM/PO/Game Designer/Live Ops exp in a fast-paced environment.
Deep passion for F2P mobile games.
Strong knowledge of AI, including generative AI, ML, LLMs.
High standards; ability to challenge weak ideas and push the product forward.
Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Based in Paris or Amsterdam.

Responsabilités

Build and iterate on Paper.io2 features focusing on progression, monetization, live events and in-game economies.
Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve player experience, engagement and live operations.
Take ownership of specifications, timelines and outcomes for high-quality delivery.
Use A/B testing, retention metrics and player data to optimize features post-launch.
Collaborate with developers, artists and analysts; maintain documentation and make trade-offs.
Prioritize development under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality.
Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitors and adopting best practices.
