Jobtailor is seeking a product leader to own live ops for Paper.io2, a fast-paced F2P mobile game. You will build progression systems, monetize features, and lead live events while using AI to boost player engagement.

Based in Paris or Amsterdam, you will collaborate with devs and designers, define specs and timelines, and rely on data, A/B testing, and retention metrics to ship high-quality updates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as PM, Product Owner, Game Designer, or Live Ops/Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep passion for F2P mobile games and curiosity about what makes a game engaging and successful.
• Strong knowledge and genuine interest in AI, including generative AI, machine learning, LLMs, or AI agents.
• High standards; pushes the product forward and challenges weak ideas.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Based in Paris or Amsterdam.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in Mobile Game Development (F2P Games).
• Living within a European time zone (+/- 3hrs with CET), or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Build and implement F2P systems focused on progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to improve player experience, engagement, personalization, content, and live operations for Paper.io2.
• Own specifications, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery.
• Use A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine and optimize features post-launch.
• Identify strengths, address weaknesses, and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with developers, artists, and analysts on feature rollouts.
• Maintain clear documentation, resolve technical challenges, and make strategic trade-offs.
• Prioritize development efforts under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality.
• Monitor competitors, analyze market innovations, and adapt best practices.
