Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking invites applications for a 6-month internship in Paris as a Full Stack Developer & AI focused on Application Support. You will join production and IT support teams for Fixed Income, FX, and Credit activities, and work on industrializing a POC that analyzes Teams conversations using AI.

The role involves architecture, API development, and a web console design, with emphasis on security, maintainability, and operational practicality. January 2027 start.

Qualifications

• Bac+4/5 student in computer science.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, Node.js, web development, SQL databases, Git, automated tests, Docker and CI/CD.
• Strong interest in generative AI and LLMs.
• Fluent in English.
• Autonomous and collaborative with IT teams.

Responsabilités

• Understand production and IT support teams and the existing POC.
• Define and implement architecture to industrialize collection and analysis of Teams conversations.
• Improve detection, grouping, and qualification of support requests using AI.
• Develop APIs and integration to create and synchronize tickets in ServiceNoW.
• Design a web console to view, filter, assign and track requests in real time.
• Set up testing, logging, supervision, error management, and CI.
• Document the solution for support by production and support teams.
