Your Role

As a Senior AI Native Software Engineer at PALO IT, you’ll lead and accelerate the next wave of software innovation by:

• Crafting AI-driven architectures: Design elegant, scalable systems by harnessing AI to solve complex technical challenges tailored to each client’s needs.

• Elevating software craftsmanship: Write clean, maintainable code infused with AI-assistance, not just faster, but smarter and more reliable.

• Championing collaboration and innovation: Bring fresh ideas, test emerging AI technologies, and help evolve our Gen-e²™ methodology in close partnership with peers and clients.

• Navigating complexity with clarity: Transform abstract client needs into clear technical designs, visualizations, and workshops to ensure alignment and shared understanding.

• Ensuring quality and security: Lead AI-powered audits covering code, accessibility, performance, and security, raising the bar on what is possible in modern product delivery.

You're in the right place if

• Significant professional experience delivering quality software across diverse tech stacks (Java, .NET, React, Angular, etc.)

• A technology-agnostic mindset with a passion for cross-functional collaboration and continuous learning, you are proficient yet curious enough to explore new tools and frameworks.

• Practical experience and a structured approach with at least one AI coding assistant (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) - you understand the power and limits of AI in real-world development.

• Strong grasp of prompt engineering, able to craft precise inputs that maximize AI utility.

• Critical thinking skills to rigorously verify AI-generated outputs, ensuring robust, trustworthy systems.

• A natural curiosity for emerging AI trends, always staying ahead in a fast-evolving landscape.
