Accenture is building AI-native engineering talent. As an AI Engineer (Software), you will design, build, and ship production-grade software across the full stack, using AI-assisted tooling as standard daily practice alongside your core engineering skills.

You will work on real client programs across industries, connecting to and supporting agentic AI systems. This role offers a clear path within the Forward Deployed Engineer program for those who develop agentic depth, with exposure to leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Commercial software engineering experience in production environments or equivalent demonstrated through academic projects or internships.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language: Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day engineering; including direct experience calling LLM APIs in production code.
• Basic understanding of web technologies including Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with cloud fundamentals, containers (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile delivery fundamentals.
• Experience with databases — SQL or NoSQL.
• Ability to validate, evaluate, and improve AI-generated outputs and understand AI limitations.
• Familiarity with agentic system concepts (LangChain, LangGraph); production experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Use AI coding assistants daily to improve productivity and output quality.
• Integrate LLM APIs into production applications and manage latency and costs.
• Apply AI across the full software delivery lifecycle including AI-generated tests and debugging.
• Own the quality of AI-generated outputs and judge production readiness.
• Define and track KPIs for AI-assisted workflows and report to stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end delivery in Agile sprints with client teams.
• Contribute to shared knowledge bases and internal AI tooling standards.
• Build and connect full-stack layers to agent backends with proper data flows.
