Brevo is transforming to an AI-native operation. We seek a Tech Lead for the AI Ops team to set the technical direction, own the agent platform architecture, and lead engineers who build it. You’ll stay hands-on while raising the bar on how we ship, ensuring scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

This role blends architecture oversight with practical delivery across CX, RevOps, and Data teams, with a focus on making agents work in production and delivering measurable weekly impact.

Qualificações

• Proven tech lead experience with setting technical direction and mentoring engineers.
• End-to-end deployment, infra-as-code, and debugging network environments.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI agents to production (ADK, LangChain, or similar).
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate AI agents in production.
• Integrate internal data to build context accurately and in a controlled way.
• Collaborate with CX/RevOps/Data to hand agents over to forward-deployed engineers and contribute to architecture.
• Own the architecture and key technical decisions (multi-agent design, pre-processing, routing, observability).
• Own deployment and operations: CI/CD, sandbox/production environments, monitoring.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, reviews, testing, and deployment; mentor engineers.

The Role

Brevo is transforming all of its operations to become AI native: We are redefining the way we work internally, the way we consume data (analytical and operational), the way we interact with each other.

From customer support teams to RevOps, from Analytical engineer to finance team, all our jobs will be transformed and we becoming manages of agents. The AI Ops team drives this transformation: it builds and operates AI agents, applications, and the associated tooling, in production. We bring impact at high speed.

We're looking for a Tech Lead to set the technical direction of AI Ops and lead the engineers who build it. You'll own the architecture of our agent platform and raise the bar on how we ship, while staying hands-on in the code.

This is not a research-oriented role: we're looking for a builder with experience making systems work in production.

Your Impact at Brevo:

• Design, build, and operate AI agents in production.
• Integrate internal data to build relevant context accurately and in a controlled way (context engineering).
• Discover needs directly with business teams (CX, RevOps, Data), hand agents over in forward-deployed-engineer mode, and contribute to the architectural vision of the agent platform.
• Own the architecture of the solutions we build, and make the key technical decisions (multi-agent design, pre-processing, deterministic routing, LLM-as-judge, observability, human in the loop surface of interaction)
• Own deployment and operations: CI/CD, sandbox/production environments, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, code review, evals, testing, and deployment. Make sure the team follows them.
• Mentor and grow the engineers on the team

Who you are:

Must-have:

• Proven tech lead experience: you've set the technical direction for a team, made architecture calls, and mentored engineers.
• Whole-system thinker: you challenge architecture decisions and weigh the business impact of technical choices.
• Comfortable with ambiguity: you turn a fuzzy problem into a shipped solution without a pre-written spec, and help your team do the same.
• DevOps-fluent: end-to-end deployment, infra-as-code, and debugging network environments (VPN, proxies).
• Agents & LLMs: hands-on experience shipping agents to production (ADK, LangChain, or similar), including applied prompt engineering and evaluation.
• You build with AI daily (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) and push the team to do the same.
• Fluent in French and English.

• ADK v2 (Google Agent Development Kit) and the A2A protocol.
