Alan is hiring across France to build an AI-native internal platform used daily by every Alaner. You’ll design and ship intelligent agents, automate workflows, and push LLMs into production with deep integration to our internal tools.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, security and leadership to turn Alan's cultural principles into software that amplifies them, delivering scalable abstractions and 25+ system lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Software engineers with backend or full-stack experience.
• Interested in AI, eager to explore LLMs and retrieval systems inside a real product.
• Comfortable building in fast-moving territory where abstractions don’t exist yet.
• Proficient in Python/Java/C# and modern web technologies.

Responsabilités

• Build the AI-powered internal platform used daily by Alaners.
• Design and ship intelligent agents that automate organizational workflows.
• Push LLMs into production for reasoning, agentic task execution, and tool integration.
