Alan is hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada to build an AI-native internal platform used daily by all employees. You will design and ship AI-powered tools that automate workflows, navigation, and knowledge retrieval, with deep integration to internal systems.

We expect curiosity about LLMs, strong backend or full-stack experience, and the ability to craft abstractions for fast-moving AI projects. Flexible office and remote options offered.

• Experience with backend or full-stack development.
• Comfort building abstractions in fast-moving areas.

Responsabilités

• Build the AI-powered internal platform used daily by Alaners to navigate the company, access context, and take action.
• Design and ship intelligent agents that automate organizational workflows: onboarding, knowledge retrieval, decision support.
• Push LLMs into production for structured reasoning and deep integration with internal tools.
• Define primitives and abstractions of AI-native work to scale across teams and countries.
• Replace generic tools with Alan-native software that aligns with our culture.
