Exponential AI seeks an AI/Machine Learning Engineer, Manager Consultant to design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for real-world challenges across industries. You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver impactful projects and advance research and development defining our work.

You will work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, staying ahead of industry trends, learning new techniques, and applying them to create forward-thinking AI applications for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6-10 years in AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
• 2-4 years of experience managing technical teams.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Generative AI models and frameworks such as OpenAI, LLMs, and Langchain.
• Strong background in ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch), data manipulation tools (SQL, Pandas), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience in building, optimizing, and deploying machine learning pipelines and workflows at scale
• Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models and working with diverse, interdisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and DevOps tools for scalable, reliable model deployment.
