Alignerr invites experienced management and leadership educators for a fully remote, flexible contract role that informs how AI reasons about organizations, teams, and decision-making. Your expertise will shape AI systems used by professionals worldwide.

Review AI-generated management scenarios, evaluate reasoning on team dynamics and organizational design, identify flawed assumptions, and provide structured feedback. Work asynchronously on your schedule, with 10-40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks.
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and tradeoffs in complex scenarios.
• Comfortable reading and critiquing written recommendations and case-based content.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism.
• Evaluate AI reasoning on topics like team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated managerial reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
