Job summary

Alignerr is seeking experienced postsecondary Business instructors for a fully remote hourly contract. You will design and review real-world business scenarios used to train AI, evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, and provide structured written feedback to improve AI reasoning.

Expect flexible, asynchronous work with a focus on independent delivery. Requirements include 3+ years of postsecondary teaching in business and strong knowledge of management, strategy, operations and finance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations and finance.
• Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and review business questions and real-world scenarios used to train AI systems.
• Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance.
• Provide structured written feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples.
• Apply your teaching experience to validate scenarios, identify gaps, and catch edge cases.
• Work independently and asynchronously - on your own schedule.
