Next Ventures is engaged on a long-term GenAI enablement project for a major retail client in Paris. The team focuses on embedding GenAI and Spec-Driven Development into daily engineering and product delivery practices, through a dedicated GenAI and Product Transformation team.

You will work closely with a Change Leader to drive adoption across diverse business teams, providing technical credibility and hands-on expertise for GenAI deployment and governance, leveraging tools like Copilot,

Qualifications

• Experience as an AI consultant focused on GenAI enablement.
• Ability to drive adoption of GenAI and related practices across multiple teams.
• Experience training and developing internal GenAI champions and networks.

Responsabilités

• Integrate tools like GitHub Copilot, Speckit, Claude Code, BMad, ProductForge into engineering workflows.
• Identify and promote high-value GenAI use cases across the organisation.
• Train teams and develop a network of internal GenAI champions.
• Remove technical, organisational and adoption barriers to GenAI adoption.
• Define best practices for Spec-Driven Development.
• Support AI governance with CTO and CISO teams on security, data and quality.

LONG TERM SENIOR/LEAD AI CONSULTANT OPPORTUNITY - 1 YEAR INITIAL CONTRACT - LEADING CUSTOMER IN RETAIL

I’m currently supporting a Global Player in the Retail Sector in identifying an experienced AI Consultant for their GenAI Enablement for a major, long-term transformation programme.

The customer is building a dedicated GenAI and Product Transformation team to accelerate and structure the adoption of AI-assisted development across its technology organisation. Following an initial phase involving GitHub Copilot and Speckit, the programme will now focus on embedding GenAI and Spec-Driven Development into everyday engineering and product-delivery practices.

Working closely with a Change Leader, you will provide the technical credibility and hands‑on expertise required to drive adoption across a variety of teams across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Integrating tools such as GitHub Copilot, Speckit, Claude Code, BMad, ProductForge into engineering workflows
• Identifying and promoting high-value GenAI use cases
• Training teams and developing a network of internal GenAI champions
• Removing technical, organisational and adoption-related barriers
• Defining best practices for Spec-Driven Development
• Supporting AI governance with the CTO and CISO teams across security, data and quality
